I began painting when I was 22 and quickly discovered it was something I had a real passion for. Over the years, that passion grew into a commitment to craftsmanship and customer care. After moving from Co. Wexford to Co. Offaly, I decided to take the leap into self-employment and turn my skills into a business I could be proud of — one built on quality, honesty, and attention to detail.
Today, Murphy’s Painting continues to grow through word of mouth and loyal customers who value the pride, care, and professionalism we bring to every job.

Murphy‘a Painting and Decorating just completed painting the downstairs of our house and we are thrilled with the result. Lewis suggested the colours, which we might not have chosen on our own, and they suit the rooms perfectly. He was very particular in everything he did and his painting skills are top notch. He prepared and filled where necessary before painting and the finish is excellent. He also cleaned up every day before he left which was an added bonus. He is a very nice young man and the ultimate professional and we wish him all the best with his business.
Firstly, Lewis is a great fella to deal with, secondly, he is a great painter and decorator too. His crew and himself are careful and considerate, and turn out an exceptional job. We couldn't be more pleased with the job he did for us, which was two rooms on the quick just before Christmas. We were so pleased we got him back for another smaller room just a couple of days before Christmas, he dropped everything to help us out. So professional, and it really matters to him that the customer is happy, I cannot rate Lewis Murphy highly enough. Would I get him to do more work for us, absolutely, Thank you so much!!!!
